Some projects make us at TRÅD especially proud, and this is one we have received praise for several times. Last month we attended Kulturrom, where this project was once again highlighted as a strong example of how to facilitate cultural activity in church buildings. TRÅD has assisted the Oslo Church Council with developing the audio concept for Gamle Aker kirke. The upgrade includes a modern sound solution where speech is distributed naturally to all listeners, with minimal structural intervention and a discreet visual presence.
The sound solution is based on very slim column loudspeakers delivered in the desired RAL colour. With this, the client receives a modern and efficient system tailored to their needs, with minimal visual impact on the church’s architecture.
